Fabrication Foreman
We are looking for a skilled custom metal fabricator with the ability to take on – or desire to grow into – a leadership role.
Foreman role responsibilities:
*Coordinate and direct company fabrication department operations.
*Plan and specify fabrication and installation details for custom projects.
*Balance of time spent in hands-on custom metal fabrication.
This position is for someone who has a high level of competence in metal fabrication/installation along with management skills. Please inquire only if you are looking for (or to grow into) a responsible position, desire a great deal of accountability and can perform these duties with informed authority and accuracy.
Must have comprehensive experience in metal fabrication and the ability to plan out fabrication designs, methods and sequences.
Starting compensation is dependent on experience and aptitude. Starting level would be an applicant who can competently perform all aspects of sign fabrication but is not yet taking on any management responsibility. Foreman level would be leading the department operations: planning the build details and sequences, overseeing scheduling (in partnership with others), safety, purchasing (with clerical support) and spending the rest of their time in hands-on work, guiding and setting the example for an efficient pace and quality workmanship.
